Pexto (Peck, Stow & Wilcox, made in U.S.A.) foot-operated squaring shear, also called a stomp shear, with roughly 30-36 in of cutting width. It has a cast-iron frame with an arched blade guard, a slotted steel bed with a front gauge, a full-width treadle, side counterbalance springs, and a wooden box/drawer under the bed. The safety labels are intact (Keep hands away from blade, Do not remove guards, Keep feet clear).
It's coming out of a warehouse cleanout, so it's sold as-is. It shows surface wear and patina and appears complete, but the blade sharpness hasn't been tested. The model isn't confirmed (likely a 130-B or 137-L), and the exact cutting width hasn't been measured.
